Ceramic Foam System
Lumin8 Liquids Black Label Series Ceramic Foam system is a two-component, two-step process. These two products are professional-use-only, but it can also be used for any full exterior decontamination washing process – for applying paint sealants, ceramic coatings, PPF, or paint protection coatings.
Step One – Decontamination – Prep Soap
The first step is using the Lumin8 Liquids Prep Soap. It is a highly concentrated, pH-neutral (6.3) cleaning agent that will strip wax, paint sealants, and many ceramic coatings. It does NOT replace additional prep steps such as clay bar treatment or paint correction.
How do you use it?
Complete a full vehicle wash (including wheels and tires) before starting the Ceramic Foam installation process. Add 4oz of Prep Wash to a 32-oz foam cannon. NOT DESIGNED FOR CONTACT WASHING. Foam the entire exterior. Let it dwell for 3 minutes and rinse off. Do NOT Dry the vehicle. Immediately proceed to Step Two.
Step Two – Protection – Ceramic Foam
Lumin8 Liquids Black Label Series Ceramic Foam is STEP TWO in the Ceramic Foam installation process. This is a professional-use-only product. It can be used on painted surfaces, ceramic-coated, paint protection film, vinyl, Gelcoat, and paint protection coatings.
Specific use cases and instructions will be provided during Lumin8 Liquids Darkside Series training and education.
How do you use it?
Complete Ceramic Foam Prep Soap process prior to starting the Ceramic Foam installation process. Add 4oz of Ceramic Foam to a 32-oz foam cannon. NOT DESIGNED FOR CONTACT WASHING. Foam the entire exterior. Let it dwell for 3 minutes and rinse off.
Finish by drying the vehicle using clean air blower or clean microfiber dedicated drying towels.
