Lumin8 Liquids ships products within the United States and other approved regions as available. Our STANDARD Shipping service is fulfilled by USPS or UPS Ground services. The estimated shipping timeline is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s shipping address location. 

Estimated shipping timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Inventory availability
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lumin8 Liquids is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details.

6. Returns and Refund Policy (30-Day Return Policy)

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Lumin8 Liquids accepts eligible product returns within thirty (30) calendar days of the original delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused
  • Products must be unopened
  • Products must remain in their original packaging
  • Products must be free from damage or alteration
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required

Products that have been opened, partially used, damaged through customer handling, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

Products that have been RECEIVED by the customer and damaged by the shipper are eligible for replacement or a refund within 5 calendar days of the shipment’s arrival. 

If you have received a damaged shipment, please email [email protected] and provide photographic evidence of ALL damaged and undamaged products, along with a picture of the damaged box.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Lumin8 Liquids does not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise required by law or approved by the Company in writing.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lumin8 Liquids is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection and Refund Processing

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Lumin8 Liquids reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
